Med spas / Websites
A website that books.
Website design and build for owner-run med spas, aesthetic clinics and dental practices in the United States. One location or a small group.
Not one that gets admired.
Most clinic sites are brochures with a phone number. Yours has one job: take a stranger who arrived from Google or an ad and put them on the calendar before the moment passes.

Loading, on a mid-range phone
An illustration, not a measurement: a heavy template build against a static one, drawn to scale on a single five-second axis. Watch it rather than read it.
Hero video, five scripts, booking behind the menu.
Static pages, booking above the fold, one tap to a slot.
3.7s between those two, on every single visit. Your own number is not a guess — the audit opens your site on a phone and times it.
How we decide what goes on it
Six rules, and none of them are about taste
Each one came from watching somebody try to book an appointment on a phone. Break any of them and the site still looks fine. It just stops producing appointments.
-
Booking is never more than one tap away
On every page, on every screen size, above the fold. The most common reason a clinic site underperforms is that booking lives in the menu.
-
One page per treatment, written to sell the consult
What it does, what it feels like, downtime, price range, who it is not for. Vague treatment pages lose to competitors who answer the question.
-
Fast on a mid-range phone, not on your laptop
Patients open your site between other things, on whatever connection they have. Every second of load costs bookings, so we build static and light.
-
Proof where the doubt is
Credentials next to the provider, real reviews next to the treatment, before/after near the decision — with the consent paperwork behind it.
-
Forms that respect health data
Only the fields you need, routed through vendors under a business associate agreement, with retention defined rather than assumed.
-
Wired into the front desk
Every form and callback request feeds the same system that answers your phone, so nothing sits in an inbox overnight.
What happens when
Four to six weeks, and you see it every week
Nothing is built behind a curtain and revealed at the end. You approve the structure before anything is designed, and one finished page before the rest is built.
- Week 1
Structure and words
Which treatments earn a page, what each one has to answer, and the exact path from arrival to booked. Copy first, design after — the reverse is how clinics end up with beautiful pages that say nothing.
- Weeks 2–4
Design and build
Home and one treatment page first, for your sign-off. Everything else follows the approved pattern, which is why the rest goes quickly.
- Weeks 5–6
Content, testing, launch
Real photos and treatment details loaded, forms and booking tested end to end on real devices, redirects mapped so you keep the rankings you already have.
What it costs
From $3,500, and the site is yours
Project-based, invoiced in two parts, no monthly licence to keep it online. You should not have to request an audit to find out whether we are in your range.
What moves each number- What you own
- The code, the content and the domain, in your accounts rather than ours. If you leave, nothing switches off.
- What moves it
- Page count, whether we write the copy, and how deep the booking integration goes. Most single-location clinics land between $3,500 and $6,000.
- Not included
- Photography, and licensing for any stock or model imagery you want on the site.
- Same price for dental
- This page is written for med spas. A dental practice gets the same build at the same price — the dental playbook is here.
Honest limits
What a new site will not fix
Three of them, and every one has cost somebody a rebuild. Ask the next agency to name theirs before you sign anything.
It will not get your phone answered
A faster site produces more calls and more form fills. If those still ring out at 6pm on a Friday, you have moved the leak rather than closed it.
That is the front desk systemIt will not create demand
A site converts people who already found you. Being found is a separate job, and if nobody in your city is searching the treatments you sell, the site is not your constraint.
That is local SEO and the map packIt will not invent proof
Reviews, credentials and before/after photos are what actually convinces a stranger. We design the space for them and we cannot fill it — an empty proof section reads worse than none.

Built in Poland, on your clock
The three things a US owner works out eventually. Better here than from an address in the footer after you have read the price.
-
An agency, not a freelancer
Oris is the clinic practice of HeadPills, a digital agency working out of Wroclaw, Poland since 2021, with more than a hundred businesses shipped across Europe. Two partners, and you deal with both of them.
-
US hours, and everything in writing
We keep US hours for calls and reporting, so the weekly review sits inside your working day. Every decision arrives as a document rather than a call you have to remember — which is also how a build survives a busy week at the clinic.
-
No US clinic account yet
We have run this playbook for European businesses and not yet for a clinic in the States. You should hear that from us now rather than find it out later — and it is the reason this build costs $3,500 rather than what a US agency charges for the same work.
Questions about the build
Straight answers
Do we really need a new site, or can you fix ours?
Often we can fix it, and we will say so in the audit. If your site is on a current platform, loads reasonably and just converts badly, a rebuild of the treatment pages and booking flow costs a fraction of a full project.
How long does a build take?
Four to six weeks for a standard clinic site: one week on structure and copy, three weeks on design and build, two weeks on content loading and testing. Delays almost always come from waiting on photos and treatment details, so we ask for those on day one.
What platform do you build on?
Usually a static build on Astro with a simple editor for the pages you actually change, or WordPress when your team needs full control. The choice follows your workflow, not our preference — both come out fast.
Can you keep our branding?
Yes, and if the branding is holding you back we will say so plainly. A rebuild is the cheapest moment to fix a logo or palette that reads cheap, but it is your call and not a condition.
Is the site HIPAA compliant?
Forms that collect health information run through vendors covered by a business associate agreement, with encryption in transit and defined retention. A website itself is never "HIPAA certified" — the compliance sits in how the data is handled, and we document exactly how. We are builders, not lawyers: your counsel signs off on the documented practice.
What does it cost?
From $3,500, project-based, for a focused clinic site: home, treatments, about, contact and booking. Page count, whether we write the copy, and how deep the booking integration goes. Most single-location clinics land between $3,500 and $6,000. Not included: photography, and licensing for any stock or model imagery you want on the site.
You are not in the United States. How does that work day to day?
Oris is the clinic practice of HeadPills, a digital agency working out of Wroclaw, Poland since 2021. We keep US hours for calls and reporting, every decision is written down rather than left in a call you have to remember, and prices and invoices are in US dollars. We have not yet run a US clinic account — you should hear that from us now rather than find it out later.
We are a dental practice, not a med spa. Does this change?
The treatment pages change and nothing else does. A practice selling implants and clear aligners has the same problem as a clinic selling injectables: the pages that decide the booking are vague, and booking sits behind the menu. Same build, same price.

We have your details.
The audit takes us about two business days. It arrives as a short written document — where calls are being lost, what the map pack looks like for your treatments, and what AI assistants say when someone asks for a clinic like yours. No call required to receive it.
