Oris

Pricing · US med spas & dental

Four prices. All of them on this page.

This is what we charge a US clinic. The number you read here is the number you get quoted — there is no discovery call where it changes shape. Under each one: what moves it, and what it does not cover.

No lock-in, 30 days notice · front desk live in about two weeks · the audit is free and free to keep

Same prices for a dental practice — see the dental playbook. Prices in US dollars, invoiced monthly in advance.

Line by line

What each number buys, and what it does not.

AI front desk

Answers every call, text and web form around the clock, books into your calendar, and chases back everyone who hung up.

How it works

$1,200/mo

plus $1,500 once, to set it up

Not included

Telephony minutes above the included 1,500/month, and your booking software subscription.

What moves the number

Number of locations, how many booking systems we have to talk to, and whether you want outbound follow-up on top of answering.

Live in about two weeks.

Local SEO & Google Maps

The map pack for the treatments you actually sell, a Google Business Profile that converts, and a review flow that keeps it fed.

How it works

from $1,200/mo

no setup fee

Not included

Paid ads, and any spend on review-request SMS beyond the first 500 a month.

What moves the number

How many locations and how many treatments you want ranking. A single location with four treatments sits at the floor.

Three to six months before the ranking moves. We say so before you sign.

Website

Treatment pages that sell, booking front and centre, fast on a phone, wired into the same system that answers the calls.

How it works

from $3,500

project-based, one time

Not included

Photography, and licensing for any stock or model imagery you want on the site.

What moves the number

Page count, whether we write the copy, and how deep the booking integration goes. Most single-location clinics land between $3,500 and $6,000.

Four to six weeks, depending on how fast the copy gets approved.

Content & AI-search visibility

Pages written to be quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews, instead of watching them recommend the clinic down the road.

How it works

from $1,000/mo

no setup fee

Not included

Paid distribution. We do not buy links.

What moves the number

How many pieces a month and whether we also rebuild your existing pages for AI answers.

First pages inside a month. Compounding, not instant.

Anything outside those four rows gets quoted before we do it, never after. All three retainers together start at $3,400 a month; almost nobody starts there.

The obvious question

Why is this cheaper than the agency down the street?

Because we are in Wroclaw, Poland. We do not pretend otherwise.

Oris is the clinic practice of HeadPills, an agency shipping websites, brand systems and AI automation since 2021. We have no US clients yet — this is the first cohort. That is exactly why the audit is free and why there is 30 days notice on everything: the cost of being wrong about us is one month.

Salaries, rent and overhead sit at Polish levels. The work is scoped for a US clinic. That gap is the entire explanation for the numbers above, and it is a gap in what the work costs us, not in how much of it you get.

  • Nobody is layered on top

The person who builds your front desk answers your email. There is no account manager relaying questions to someone you never meet, and no junior pool learning on your clinic.

  • We do not mark up media

We do not buy ads and we do not buy links, so there is no percentage riding on top of a budget. What you pay is the work.

  • Your hours, not ours

The system answers the phone at 2am regardless of where anyone sits. The humans behind it take calls and send reporting on US business hours.

What you are signing

Thirty days notice, and everything is already yours

  • No annual contract

No long lock-in — 30 days notice, any time. In writing, effective at the end of the following month. There is no exit fee and no clawback, because a contract that traps you is a contract we would have to sell instead of the work.

  • You already own everything

The domain, the site, the Google Business Profile, the phone number, the knowledge base document. All of it sits in your accounts from the first week, not ours. Nobody has to negotiate for their own website.

  • If it does not work, the report says so

Monthly, in calls caught and appointments booked, not impressions. If the front desk is not catching calls by month two, or the ranking has not moved by month three, that sentence is in the report before you have to ask for it.

The comparison that matters

The number this page cannot show you

What you can price

$15,900

Year one of the front desk: $1,500 to set it up plus twelve months at $1,200. That is the whole quote — telephony overage is the only thing that can be added to it — and 30 days notice ends it.

What you cannot

62%

of callers who do not get through call a competitor instead. Nobody sends you an invoice for that one, which is the only reason it is easier to live with.

Published call-tracking benchmarks.

37.8%

of calls to US local businesses reach a live person

Independent audit of 85 US local businesses across 58 industries.

83%

of callers who reach voicemail hang up without leaving one

Published call-tracking benchmarks; reported range 80–86%.

15%

of booked appointments are missed at a typical clinic

Industry range commonly reported at 10–20%.

These are published industry benchmarks, not Oris results. Your own numbers come out of the free audit.

Run it on your own call volume

What owners ask before they reply

The questions the price raises

My clinic is one location. Is there a minimum?

No minimum, and a single location is the case these prices are built around. How many locations and how many treatments you want ranking. A single location with four treatments sits at the floor. The front desk fee itself does not move with call volume. What sits outside it is two things, in full: Telephony minutes above the included 1,500/month, and your booking software subscription. Whether your own volume fits inside that allowance is one of the things the free audit measures, and any month that runs past it is flagged before the invoice rather than explained after it.

Can I start with one thing?

Yes, and most clinics should. Start with the phone, because it pays back fastest, then add the next piece when the last one has paid for itself. All three retainers together start at $3,400 a month; the website is priced separately — from $3,500, project-based. Nothing is bundled and nothing requires anything else.

What is not included, in one place?

Front desk: Telephony minutes above the included 1,500/month, and your booking software subscription. Local SEO: Paid ads, and any spend on review-request SMS beyond the first 500 a month. Website: Photography, and licensing for any stock or model imagery you want on the site. Content: Paid distribution. We do not buy links. That is the whole list. If something falls outside it, we quote it before we do it, never after.

Why is this cheaper than the US agencies quoting me?

Because we are in Wroclaw, Poland. Salaries, rent and overhead sit at Polish levels while the work is scoped for a US clinic, so the same depth of work carries a smaller number. We do not reach the price by thinning the work: no account manager relaying your questions, no junior pool learning on your clinic, no media markup because we do not buy media. Judge that on the free audit rather than on this paragraph.

What am I committing to?

No long lock-in — 30 days notice, any time. In writing, effective at the end of the following month, no exit fee. The website is a fixed-scope project rather than a retainer. Everything we build lives in your accounts from day one — the Google Business Profile, the domain, the site, the knowledge base document — so leaving means telling us to stop, not asking for your property back.

What happens if it does not work?

You stop, on 30 days notice, and you keep what was built. Before that: the monthly report is written in calls caught and appointments booked, so a month where nothing moved is visible in the report rather than buried in it. If the front desk is not catching calls by month two we rebuild the setup at our cost, and if we conclude the problem is not something we sell, we say that instead of selling you the next thing.

What happens to patient data?

The front desk books appointments rather than discussing medical details. Call data runs through vendors covered by a business associate agreement, recordings and transcripts have a defined retention window, and anything clinical routes to a human. We build HIPAA-aware and document the setup so your compliance officer can review it. We are not lawyers, and we say so where a state adds rules of its own.
